Based on much online research I decided to purchase some Yohimbe Bark due to it's proclaimed benefits of providing more energy (similar to coffee) and potential fat burning properties. I am also aware of the potential of reducing or eliminating erectile disfunction issues, with which I have no issues. So far, taking a small dose of Yohimbe in the morning with my coffee adds more of an energy kick than coffee alone. It also improves my mental clarity/focus. Determining it's fat burning claims, this is more difficult to determine. I am shedding body fat now (I don't have a lot to lose). However, I can't isolate the benefits of the Yohimbe. So, I can't be sure if it is helping in that area. Now, for the erectile disfunction with which I have no issues... Interestingly enough I can see that these claims are most likely true. I have not issues getting and sustaining an erection, but my erections are much firmer. Also, I tend to get unexpected spontaneous erections... sometimes in public. This can be a bit embarrassing. One example was at the grocery store, just doing my normal weekly shopping and "Oops". It's like being a 13 year old kid again. I'm glad I have a shopping carriage I can stand behind while I try to think about non-sexual things to let it dissipate. So, gentlemen be aware of potential awkward situations if you take Yohimbe regularly.Note: I only take a small amount of Yohimbe once a day in the morning. The total I take is, at best, a forth of a teaspoon. This supplement is very potent. Do not use large amounts.4-14-2022: So it has been about a month since I started taking the Yohimbe. I have seen a noticeable reduction in my body fat composition. Now remember, I work out regularly (resistance and cardio), I eat a very healthy diet low in carbohydrates, and I do have a cup of black coffee in the morning and drink mostly water during the day. However, it seems like the bodyfat is going away a bit quicker than usual. I suspect that the Yohimbe his helping. I have read it block alpha-2 adrenergic receptors which normally binds with adrenaline receptors which lets adrenalin stay in the body longer to burn fat to produce energy. This could be working, and I'm not complaining about that.Had to turn my car around and go straight back home. Became violently ill and shaking terribly. I just checked WebMD and I have all of the side effects from taking this this morning. “ Dizziness, headache, shaking, mental/mood changes (such as anxiety, irritability), frequent urination, fast heartbeat, nausea, or vomiting may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor or pharmacist promptly” Please be careful taking this. I also read that you should not take this with caffeine. I took the supplement and drank about 1/4cup of coffee two hours and then all hell broke loose.Directions called for a dosage of 250 ml per day which converts to about 17 tbs. Crazy right? Took a fraction of that. I got a bad case of chronic hiccups which kept me awake the entire night. They stopped the next day and since I wasn't really sure that the product was the cause I took a fraction more. Crazy right? Not only did the hiccups return but I felt scarily drowsy? lightheaded? dizzy? Not exactly sure how to describe it but it was somewhat frightening. I got nauseous and had a bad case of indigestion. Could not wait to dump the rest of the product down the toilet. Horrible experience!I took this supplement for the 1st time on January 12, 2022. Within 15 to 20 minutes I started feeling sick with the chills, hot sweats, and very shaky. Everytime I would sit up my heart would start to race. The only thing I could do was to lay down and let the supplement work it way out of my body. I was close to going to the hospital as I was concerned about my health. There should definitely be some kind of warnings on this product. Never before have I experienced anything like this from any other supplements I have takenFast service.
