Goes on well, not a lot of filing and doesn't discolor. I've been doing my own nails for about a year and I like how this powder goes on. Covers well and easy to work with. Some powders you have to stir every few finger dips or you'll get bumps that need to be filed down. This one you don't have to do that. I do use OPI set powder as the last (top) dip, kiara sky liquids and Igel Beauty gel top coat with light. So, I don't know if that makes a difference on how long it lasts but I feel like this dip powder last at least 2 weeks. I redo my nails every 2 weeks so, beyond that I have no idea. When I do a french tip nail design this is my go to.
