Our cold-pressed 300+ Polyphenol Organic Olive Oil from Greece exceeds standards for high polyphenolic content* and is suitable as an all-purpose EVOO for cooking. Perfect for dressings and salads, cooking eggs, poultry meats, or seafood, or simply enjoyed with freshly baked crusty bread.

The olives are harvested and washed with cold water, ground into a paste, and spun in a centrifuge which extracts the oil from the olive mixture. It is known as the “first cold press”. This process usually occurs within 90 minutes from the time the olives are harvested. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is also high polyphenolic, characterized as “research-grade” olive oil, which starts at 250mg polyphenols/Kg.
