This stuff is great. I read about it in an Ayurveda book so wanted to try. And since it's wild I figured would be good quality - and I was right! I have tried many times to quit tobacco but just can't seem to stop. I love to smoke! So I have experimented with adding different herbs to the tobacco to help save my lungs a bit. This powder does make it smoother as well as helping my anxiety. Very nice. I am keeping the pouch in the fridge. Hoping it will stay fresh and lovely as it is now ^_^I only use a very very light dusting - would recommend beginners to herbalism, always start with a tiny amount and experiment safely. Many, in fact probably most, herbs and supplements are very safe UNLESS ingested in huge amounts. So use some sense. I am guessing people overdid it and got sick, hence some of the bad reviews I saw.?? Or maybe those individuals are allergic.
