I have purchased this many, many times over the years to help me lose or maintain my weight. For my keto diet I mix this with water and ice in a powerful Vitamix blender.For better taste (if you are not watching your carb intake like I am), mix it with milk.Provides great protein, great flavor, and at a better priceI love this protein the flavor is great has a nice consistency to it and it does not upset my stomachBSN at this point is synonymous with great taste. You'd be hard press to find a flavor that wasn't delicious.That being said they do lose points for the overall macro profile...A lot of the container is really just filler to add to the overall taste.If the value of each scoop is important, then there is definitely better options on the market....While on the subject of the scoop....according to the label...the scoop is supposed to be 38g it's actually 32-34g depending on how much air is in the scoop. The overall container size is pretty much what the label says though so you will get about 48 servings... Just not in 48 scoops.So to wrap up....if you want something to help with muscle building would this work to help supplement your protein intake? Yes ... Is it the best value ... No not even close... there is definitely better brand with higher protein yeild per scoop... But chances are you won't enjoy the taste of those other brands as much as this.I like that this is a totally healthy brand. But after trying it all I can say is I have tasted better. This flavor I have tried using the directions and it doesn't taste like there is much chocolate. The peanut butter overpowers the chocolate, and there is a chalky taste. Other than that there were no other issues that I had, the ingredients are greatBest tasting protein shake I have tried so far, happy with purchase.BSN Syntha-6 Isolate Chocolate Peanut Butter is a good protein powder with high quality protein content, but the flavor and texture are just okay--a bit of a funky chocolate aftertaste and a tiny bit chalky. The Peanut Butter Cookie Sntha-6 Edge has been the best I've tried--a smooth, creamy texture and wonderful peanut butter flavor!!Great taste. The best tasting protein over other brands. Makes you full and keeps you regular. Highly recommend.The product arrived even earlier than expected. The flavour is very tasty, I am loving this product. strongly recommendedNot as nice as the other flavours tbh (caramel latte and cookies and cream) i highly recomend you try those flavours!however its bareable, 50% of your daily protien in one scoop! with minimum calories!excellent if youre just looking for pure muscle gain!Great product, would have received 5 but a it too sweet tasting for my pallet.I found it wasn't as tasty as the other reviews would have you believe and i felt more fatigued than I expected to. I have found better tasting protein supplements that aid recovery better. I can't comment about the result as i have not been using it long enough.great value
