I feel honored to be the first person to write a review on the Zeaxanthin 5% Carotenoid ... IT's Great just like all of Bulk Supplement Items I have only been using a couple of day and when I wake up ( I work third) I usually have a blurry film over my left eye and it take hours to remove it and sometime it wont go completely away to day I woke up and my vision was so clear not rubbing or straining at all well may be 15% here and there a lil but nothing like usual and that will probable go away in time much less strain than usual ...My eye are clearer at work I use machines all might so I read same words and write a lot again I didn't strain near as much as usual hopefully it just keeps better and better in the future thank you so much for great fresh products at a great Price !!!! That's almost 3 years. It doesn't come with a scoop, so you have to either buy a measuring spoon set that has a 1/16 spoon & then figure half of that, as the dose is 1/32 of a tsp. I only have a 1/8 tsp. that I use, so I try to get 1/4 of that more or less. It is made from Marigolds so it is natural.I am excited to give my eyes the nutrition they need and deserve!! I have confidence in the quality of product BulkSupplements provides!! Zeaxanthin has been proven to aid in the longevity of healthy eyes and good vision. I haven't used it long enough to experience noticeable change. My main priority is to greatly slow down any degeneration to eye health and sight. The taste isn’t bad, kind of floral. Unfortunately I haven’t seen any change in my vision. I didn’t think I would. I have an upcoming eye doctors appointment, if he tells me that my prescription hasn’t changed (it usually worsens every year), then I will consider this a success and worth its weight in gold. I do find calculating how much to take a bit difficult, based on the packages measurements. Not everyone has a milligram scale laying around.I got a free sample from BulkSupplements so I decided to finally start taking Zeaxanthin and Lutein for my eye health. Been taking it every morning and at end of day.
