I tried to eat better for my IBS and at the same time took Gaslys capsules. I actually DO think Gaslys helped me.I take it twice a day and it cuts down on gas considerably. I will continue using it.It eased my IBS symptoms.Very expensive but really works for me. First I got one bottle to check it out. Now I got package of 6 (better price).This is well worth the money, works pretty fast love it
